Login instructions


FI login

To login for the first time:

  1. Go to the login page.
    This is located in the top right-hand corner of every page on the SG Fleet website, or simply click here to login.

  2. Reset your password.
    Click on the link to reset your password and follow the prompts to set up your password. You must use the email address registered previously for your 'mynlc' login. If you are unsure of what this email address is, please contact [email protected].

  3. Login.
    Once you have set your password, you can login as normal.

To login:

  1. Go to the login page.
    This is located in the top right-hand corner of every page on the SG Fleet website, or simply click here to login.

  2. Enter your email address
    Click 'next'.

  3. Enter your password.
    Click 'login'


Quick functions

Once you are logged in, you can perform several functions including:

balance summary

Balance Summary

View your account balance

From the Fleetintelligence home page, you will be able to see the balance summary widget. Your actual balance will be displayed.


This actual balance reflects all amounts received from your employer as well as expenses paid.



fund balance

Fund Balance

View your expense transactions

Your fund balance widget will allow you to download more detailed information on your expenses including Fuel and Maintenance. To begin your download, click on the far-left icon at the right hand side of the widget.


Coming soon: you will be able to download these transactions in a PDF format.



servicing details

Maintenance Service History

Your servicing with SG Fleet

Your servicing details history will be displayed in this widget.


Note: history may appear blank on your first login and until you've had your first service with SG Fleet.



transaction details

Please be aware that your expenses generally take 1-2 business days to be reflected in your account balance and transaction history. There may be some exceptions due to supplier invoicing delays.



Comprehensive insurance details

Comprehensive Insurance 

SG Fleet Comprehensive Insurance:

If you have SG Fleet Comprehensive Insurance (Vero) this widget will be available if you are required to lodge an insurance claim due to an accident. The link will provide you with the Vero claim form to complete.


Sourcing your own Comprehensive Insurance:


Making a claim: 

If your comprehensive insurance is not with SG Fleet and you need to lodge a claim, you will need to contact your insurance provider.


Paying the renewal: 

Should you be utilising your own provider, you will need to pay for your premium renewals directly with your provider. Please refer to the FAQs below on how to submit a reimbursement request.


FAQs

What if I have more than one vehicle with SG Fleet?
Simply select the relevant registration from the drop down towards the top right-hand corner of the home page. The widgets will refresh and display the information related to your selected registration.

How do I submit a reimbursement request?
Follow the steps outlined below. Please also ensure your bank details are correct, and that your account balance has enough funds to cover the expense.


You will also require a photo of the corresponding tax receipt to upload as a supporting document. You can submit multiple claims at once.

1. Click on the ‘Activities’ menu.
2. Choose the ‘Submit Reimbursement Request' option.
3. Follow the instructions on the page to lodge your claim for reimbursement.


Should you need to update your bank details, you can amend this via manage profile.

Please also ensure your bank details are correct, and that your account balance has enough funds to cover the expense. You must have sufficient funds in your 'Available Balance' in order to submit a claim for reimbursement. Please note that we will prioritise your ongoing finance payments through your account.
